About plaster & weight ratings
Old lath-and-plaster walls hold weight differently than drywall — an anchor rated for one can pull out of the other. I check what's actually behind the wall before deciding how to hang anything heavy, especially large mirrors.
Brick, concrete, and block are fine — masonry anchors take longer and carry a small surcharge, confirmed before we book. Tile I don't drill into: cracked tile is expensive to fix and usually can't be matched, so I'd rather you use someone set up for it.

You get a live link the day of. I find the right anchor point for the wall and weight, then level everything as I go.

I test the weight on every anchored piece before calling it done, and walk you through what's holding what.

How do you know what anchor to use?
It comes down to the item's weight and what's behind the wall. I find studs where I can, and use anchors rated for the actual load when I can't — never just whatever came in the box with the frame.
Can you help plan a gallery wall, not just hang it?
Yes, as an add-on — I'll measure the space and lay out even spacing before drilling anything, so it doesn't end up crooked or cramped on one side.
Will a heavy mirror actually stay up?
That's exactly why heavy mirrors get a cleat or safety-wire mount instead of a single hook — it distributes the weight properly and won't walk off the wall over time.
Do you supply the shelves or mirrors, or just hang what I have?
Just hanging — whatever you've already bought or have sitting in a box, I'll mount properly.
Do you hang things on brick, tile, or concrete?

For anything heavy on a brick-veneer wall, I'll check what's behind the veneer first — veneer is decorative and won't hold serious weight on its own. If it isn't a safe anchor point, I'll tell you before drilling rather than after.
